What is Exchange?

Exchange programme is an international practice paid within partner companies.

AIESEC offers students the chance to work in a foreign country, in over 107 countries and regions in which our organization operates.

If you are a student or master, that's the chance of a lifetime: to work in another country, in the area studied in college or not necessarily.

 

 

My internship in India has so far been more than what I had expected.

It is a great learning experience, full of challenges, joy, . On one hand, due to the actual internship I have improved my communication and negotiation and presentation skills and on the other hand, due the multicultural environment I have access to, I have enlarged and enriched my knowledge and worldview as I am exposed both to the Indian culture here, but also to a big trainee community of more than 50 young people from all around the world.

Process to participate

 

The Selection and Application

After joining and understanding AIESEC you can enter a review process to assess your experiences and motivation for going on an AIESEC exchange.

Preparation

AIESEC provides resources, training and support to prepare you to live and work in another country. This includes visa processing.

Matching

You will be trained and given access to use our on-line database of opportunities. The more flexible you are the better.

Integration

AIESEC members in your host chapter provide support and assistance in getting setup in your new environment while providing opportunities for cultural and social activities.

Re-Integration

AIESEC supports you in making the readjustment process when you return home after your internship
